If you're reading this, this is your daily reminder to drink water and stay hydrated. Not only do we need to drink water to literally survive, but hydration plays a huge role in our mental health as well. When our body is dehydrated, we can't think straight. We hyperfocus on all the wrong things and everything feels off. Drinking enough water is critical in managing stress, anxiety, and focus. And guess what? Our cataroos need water too! We recently stumbled upon a fellow cat lady who took to TikTok to share her handy dandy ways to get her cat to drink water. In her video, she mentions that cats don't like to drink still water because they think it's dirty. So she decided to put her own spin on the cat water fountain; she put a toy fish in the water bowl so that it could create a wave-like effect while simultaneously entertaining the cat.
