Russia Threatens Lithuania Over Kaliningrad Cargo

Russia has accused Lithuania, a NATO member, of choking off the flow of goods to Kaliningrad, its enclave on the Baltic, as part of sanctions over the war in Ukraine. Lithuania says Russia is lying.
