Man who died after jumping in Thames while being Tasered by cops was armed with plastic firefighter

Oladeji Adeyemi Omishore, 41, was holding a firelighter when two officers Tasered him on Chelsea Bridge, the IOPC confirmed. He died two days after jumping in the River Thames.
