Three people, two dogs jump overboard as yacht burns and sinks

The passengers, identified as Arthur Watson, 67, and Diane Watson, 57, both of New Canaan, Connecticut, and Jarrod Tubbs, 33, of Jupiter, Florida jumped overboard.
