Germans are told to use less energy after Russia cut gas supplies through key Nord Stream

Russia's Gazprom on Tuesday said it was cutting gas flows through the Nord Stream pipeline to Germany by 40 per cent, then, on Wednesday said it would increase cuts to 60 per cent.
