One of FIVE US Navy commanders axed in last six days was ousted after being caught 'drunk driving' 

Cmdr. Peter Lesaca, commanding officer of USS Preble, was relieved of his duty on June 14. On Wednesday it emerged that he had been arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence.
