We Just Petitioned The SEC To Require Disclosure Of Labor Costs

The current state of U.S. corporate disclosures related to compensation costs for all employees, impedes investor inquiry into how value added by employees is shared, how does the firm attract and retain talent, among other things. We urge the SEC to fix this problem as soon as possible.
