Horrifying footage shows arrest of black, transgender woman put in a spit hood and later died

LaDamonyon Dewayne Hall, 47, died on May 26 after Dallas police arrested her, put a spit hood on her, and loaded her into an ambulance, all while she screamed. Police are under investigation.
