Multi-millionaire faces £530,000 bill after he built £4m house too close to his neighbours

Motivational speaker Alex MacPhail, 55, was sued by neighbours Tom and Helen Gueterbock, after he built his £4million home in Wansworth, southwest London, with a cellar room under their property.
