Moment three hooded arsonists set fire to restaurant - as they film blaze and run away laughing

Motorbikes, fridges and furniture were destroyed in the fire, causing around £26,000 worth of damage around the Tosca restaurant in Shoreham, West Sussex on March 26 earlier this year.
