Flames engulf chemical plant in Russia adding to speculation over Ukrainian 'sabotage'

The blaze engulfed a chemical plant making plastic in Berdsk, in the central Novosibirsk region, one of a series of suspected incidents of sabotage within Russia over the past few weeks.
