'Drunk' dad Shelvin Singh crashes into FOUR parked cars in his BMW with two young kids in the back

Shelvin Singh, 37, allegedly crashed his BMW M5 after leaving Glenorie RSL in Millthorpe, a country town in central west NSW, with two children, aged three and eight, sitting in the car.
