Serial rapist in Bronx court after arrest for 'raping woman in her apartment elevator at knifepoint'

Ramon Rotestan, 39, turned himself into cops on Thursday and was filmed being perp-walked. He later appeared before a judge in the Bronx, charged with 12 counts of rape and robbery.
