Speeding ban overturned: Surgeon gets her licence back to get to work in Norfolk from Essex

Mahboub Hawkes, 74, was clocked doing 27mph in a 20mph zone in her Jaguar XJ saloon near Monument, central London on September 3, last year when she totted up 12 points on her licence.
