Is The U.S. Training Ukrainian Troops On New Weapons Inside Ukraine?

Headlines highlighting increased shipments of weapons to Ukraine from the U.S. and NATO abound. But little has been said about who is training the Ukrainians to use everything from western drones to howitzers and where that training is being done.
