Deputies REOPEN investigation into suicide death of one Casey White's ex-girlfriends 

Casey White, 38, was there when Casey Shelton was shot in the chest with a sawed-off shotgun. Her death was ruled a suicide at the time, but her family never believed the story, WAFF reports.
