Woke Los Angeles DA will not charge Dave Chappelle's attacker with a felony

The Los Angeles District Attorney's office won't charge the man accused of attacking Dave Chappelle on stage with a felony and has instead referred the case to the city attorney's office for possible misdemeanor charges.
