U.S. Resumes Diplomatic Operations In Ukraine, Says Kyiv Embassy May Reopen By End Of Month

American diplomats returned to the Western Ukrainian city of Lviv on Monday, ending a more than two-month period where the U.S. Embassy to Ukraine operated outside the country.
