UPEPA’s Commercial Speech Exception Examined For The First Time In Boshears

The U.S. District Court for the Western District of Washington has entered an order on a Motion to Dismiss which interprets the commercial speech exception to the protections of Washington's Uniform Public Expression Protection Act.
