Hi, friends! Happy Friday! Today we're bringing back our beloved Power of Love segment but this time, it's exclusively for doggos. If you're not already familiar with this segment, we suggest you grab a tissue and get ready to shed a tear or two. This segment is definitely more bittersweet than sweet because it entails a pre-story of abuse and neglect. Like many of you know, animals get abused, abandoned, and dropped in dumpsters on a daily. It baffles our minds that anyone could be this cruel, but unfortunately, that's the reality we live. Fortunately, there still are good human beings who take in strays, care for them, and give them a perfect forever home. Now when we say perfect, we don't mean huge houses and yards with massive wiggle room. No, it's really not about that at all. It's all about the family and love that they give the doggaroos. Taking in a stray is no piece of cake because they're usually traumatized and scared. But once you surpass that barrier and build a trusting relationship with the doggo, you're hooked for life.
