FinCEN Needs More Oversight But Congress Needs To Fix The Bank Secrecy Act

The House will hold an oversight hearing for FinCEN this Thursday, and it is appropriate for Congress to fulfill this responsibility. It would be better, though, for Congress to fix the Bank Secrecy Act, the law that FinCEN is tasked with enforcing.
