Sajid Javid is told to tackle HRT shortage himself as TWO-THIRDS of pharmacies face daily shortages 

Labour MP Carolyn Harris welcomed Sajid Javid's pledge to get a grip on the UK-wide issue but said it could be sorted 'very, very quickly' with better planning and less red tape.
