Florida Proud Boy accused of pepper spearing D.C. cop during capitol riot

Florida man Barry Bennett Ramey is in custody and accused of pepper spraying a D.C. cop during the January 6 riot. Ramey is also accused of making an intimidating phone call to the FBI agent in charge.
