Woman rescued after falling INTO vault toilet while trying to retrieve phone at top of hiking trail

A California woman had to be rescued from a vault toilet on top of a Washington hiking trail after plunging into it head-first while trying to retrieve her cell phone by using a dog leash as a harness.
