Police arrest man, 35, and woman, 25, after boy, one, dies after suffering cardiac arrest at home

Neighbours have been left horrified after a one-year-old boy died after suffering a cardiac arrest at a home in Birmingham on Saturday. Paramedics said 'nothing could be done' to save the baby boy's life.
