Denmark begins talks with Rwanda to set up a migrant scheme like Britain's 

Mattias Tesfaye, Denmark's immigration minister, said he is in talks with Rwanda about 'a mechanism for the transfer of asylum seekers' in the wake of a similar plan announced by the UK.
