How to mute or unmute that super annoying person on Instagram

Tap the arrow in the top right corner to go to your DMs Tap the DM arrow in the top right corner of your feed Credit: Andy Moser / Instagram 2. Tap the chat of the person you want to mute3. Tap their name at the top of the chat page4. Tap the switches at the top and make sure they're blue to mute the person's messages and/or call notifications5.
