Terminally ill mum, 27, reveals she is trolled for 'looking too good to have cancer' 

Jemma McGowan, 27, from from Omagh, Northern Ireland, was diagnosed with stage 4 ovarian cancer in February 2021, and doctors said she had just over a year to live.
