States Continue To Ease Restrictions On Alcohol Sales

Since 2020, legislators in a number of states have reformed state law to permanently permit the sale of to-go cocktails. Meanwhile in South Carolina, lawmakers have proposed lifting the prohibition on Sunday retail sales of spirits, a restriction that only seven states still maintain.
