Couple Can’t Decide Their Cat’s Accent, Redditers Respond With Internet Gold

It's so interesting that all of our pets have different personalities. When you think about it, it makes perfect sense: there are no two people that are the same, why would two animals be the same either? Still, watching our pets grow, and learning about those pets' interesting little personality quirks over time, are two of the best parts of being a pet owner. But there's so much we don't get to see! Like, imagine if our pets could talk? That would take things to a whole new level! We asked everyone here at our office and we're all in agreement, we'd love to know what our pets would sound like speaking out loud, but that just isn't possible for us to hear. That still doesn't stop us from judging and picking accents for our pets though, and it doesn't stop many other people either. Don't get what we mean? Well, a couple's clever question about their cat's accent created a cacophony of chortles on Reddit this week. In layman's terms: there was a really funny thread a few days ago about what accent this couple's cat would have. Answers poured in from Redditers claiming to be able to tell the cat's linguistic abilities from the provided picture. Now, you'd think that this type of thought exercise would generate a lot of different answers, but the list was surprisingly short.
