Pentagon confirms Ukraine DID hit Putin's Black Sea flagship Moskva with two Neptune missiles

The U.S. now believes that the Russian missile cruiser Moskva, the flagship of President Vladimir Putin's Black Sea fleet, was hit by two Ukrainian missiles before sinking, according to a senior U.S. official.
