(April 11 01:00) I Can Has Cheezburger?
Hello, ICanHasers! Welcome back, we hope everyone is doing well. We know that life can get tough and unpredictable at times, which can take a toll on our mental and physical health. During times like these, support is crucial. Support from good friends, family, and our furry ones. It's also important to exercise, get your steps in, and breathe in fresh air. Now, this may seem like a heavy list of 'to-do's', but the truth is, you have to put in the work in order to feel and be healthy. In our personal (very biased) opinion, having a pet is the best cure for anything and everything. It's actually been scientifically proven that pets help cope with anxiety and stress. And the best part is that by owning a dog, you're basically checking off every single point of your mental health checklist. Support? Check. Dogs are incredibly intuitive and are always there for you when you're feeling down. It may not be verbally, but definitely emotionally. Exercise and steps? Check. When you take your dogs out for walks, you also take yourself out for fresh air. It's like freeing two birds with one key. If we haven't convinced you that dogs are awesome pets to have, then just take a look at this thread:
