Five Cuban migrants rescued by Mexico-bound cruise after raft's motor failed - 15 SWAM back to Cuban

Mexico's National Institute of Migration reported Thursday that a Cozumel-bound cruise ship rescued five Cubans stranded at sea after the raft broke down on its way to Miami on Monday.
