Newlywed father is killed and wife is fighting for life after Barnsley crash

Alex Firth, who was in his 30s and worked as a postman for Royal Mail in Leeds, died at the scene of the pile-up which involved the couple's Vauxhall Astra and a lorry in Barnsley, South Yorkshire.
