Rajya Sabha Clocks 99.8% Productivity, Misses 100% By Just 10 Minutes

The Rajya Sabha clocked 99.80 percent productivity during the Budget Session that concluded today, missing the 100 per cent landmark just by 10 minutes, officials said.
