Violent storms killed at least two people as tornadoes tore across the South

A woman died on Tuesday in Pembroke, Georgia, after a tornado ripped through her neighborhood, whilst W. M. Solomon, 71, died in eastern Texas when storm winds toppled a tree onto his home.
