Hello, ICanHasers! Being an animal lover comes with many advantages. One of which is the development of compassion and empathy. That's why it's always difficult to hear stories of dogs, cats, and other animals being abandoned, neglected, and abused. We just can't wrap our minds around it. How can people be so cruel? Especially to those, who aren't able to fight or stand up for themselves. But thankfully, there are kind people in the world, too. And many times, they rescue, adopt, and/or assist abandoned animals in need. Kindness, compassion, and empathy grant abused animals a second chance. A second chance to find their forever home, a second chance to find their hooman, and a second chance to love and to live. With that being said, we present to you 26 before and after photos of incredible rescue transformations. In the before photos, you will see run-down, mistreated animals. The after photos, on the other hand, will have you second-guessing whether this is even the same animal. It's amazing to see how far a little love can go.
