Class action lawsuit alleges Burger King ads mislead customers about the size of its burgers

The suit, filed Monday in US District Court, claims Burger King brass, through a rash of recent ads for some of its menu items, knowingly deceived customers with images of mammoth-sized menu items noticeably larger than their real-world counterparts.
