Daughter, Though Unmarried, Can Take Marriage Expense From Parents: Court

The Chhattisgarh High Court has ruled that an unmarried daughter can claim the expenses of marriage from her parents under the provisions of the Hindu Adoptions and Maintenance Act, 1956.
