Boy, seven, died inside plastic pipe after construction firm used 'substandard' fencing on the site

Conley Thompson had originally disappeared on July 26, 2015, after telling his mother he was going out to play with friends. His body was found wedged in a pipe at a site in Barnsley, Yorkshire, a day later.
