Anthony Schroth never dreamed that one day he would start the first winery in Jackson Hole, making wine at the foot of the Grand Tetons at an elevation of 6,229 feet. Today Jackson Hole Winery produces around 48,000 bottles of wine per year, frequently selling out the entire production.
