Thug, 26, who put a dog collar around his 19-year-old girlfriend's neck is jailed for 18 months

Toby Megson (pictured), 26, from Hull, choked the 19-year-old with the dog collar and told her 'that's where you belong, on a leash, because you're a dog', Hull Crown Court was told.
