Cathay Pacific launches world record 10,326-mile New York to Hong Kong flight, avoiding Russia

Cathay Airlines will create the world's longest commercial flight route after tweaking its New York-Hong Kong flight to avoid Russian airspace. It will add almost two hours to the flight.
