China Violates The Philippines’ Sovereignty While Russia Distracts The U.S.

In January, China blatantly violated The Philippines’ sovereignty, presumably so it could spy on a US-Philippine military exercise. The U.S. must respond by backing The Philippines in condemning China's illegal actions in the United Nations and before the world. But the U.S. has done nothing so far.
