Louisiana boy, 17, died of COVID after his parents couldn't get through to 911 due to Hurricane Ida

Christopher Matherne, 17, died after being in the hospital with COVID-19 for more than a month. He had been placed on a ventilator and an ECMO at the children's hospital in New Orleans, Louisiana.
