Mother of Ianto Jenkins sang happy birthday at grave to mark what would have been fourth birthday

Ianto Jenkins, 3, was playing with his sister and cousin when he was hit by a truck on his father's farm in Pembrokeshire and was sadly pronounced dead at the scene just weeks before his fourth birthday.
