Boy, 15, is charged with murdering man, 40, who was attacked on petrol forecourt

Thomas Mallaby, 40, was seriously injured at a service station in the village of Annfield Plain, near Stanley, County Durham, on Sunday. He died later in Newcastle's Royal Victoria Infirmary.
