Newsom returns Manhattan Beach land to Bruce family - almost 80 years after it was forcibly taken

Gavin Newsom on Thursday signed into law a bill returning land taken from a black family in 1924 to their descendants. The land, purchased in 1912 for $1,250, is now worth around $72 million.
