Texas boy, 17, is detained after 'stabbing his twin sister to death'

Sheriff's deputies received a 911 call about a stabbing in Katy, Texas, early Wednesday and found a 17-year-old boy performing CPR on his twin sister, whom he had allegedly knifed to death.
