Boy, 3, died when father accidentally hit him with pick-up truck as he played on farm, inquest hears

Emergency services rushed to the scene in Pembrokeshire, Wales, after little Ianto Jenkins was hit by the truck belonging to his father Guto Sior Jenkins, 31, but he died at the scene.
